Frozen Fruit Jam

Servings: 5 jars

Prep. Time: 25-10 mins

Cook Time: 10-15 mins

Ingredients:

4 cups frozen fruit

2 cups dried pineapple pieces (no sugar)


Directions:

Any kind of frozen fruit works. Raspberries, strawbrries, mangos, or any other fruit.

Put pineapple pieces in blender or bowl. Place the frozen fruit over the top. Allow the frozen fruit to thaw and soak the pineapple pieces. Blend. Spoon into clean jars. Put one in the refrigerator for immediate consumption. The others you may freeze.

For dried fruit jam, take 4 cups of dried fruit and place in a bowl. Pour 2 cups of pineapple juice over it and allow the apricots to soak. Blend. Store in same way as above.
