Summer Pizza

Ingredients


1 Cup water

1 Cup cashew nuts

1/8 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 Tbsp Nutritional yeast flakes

3 Tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp Veganinstant Clear gel

2 Tbsp fresh minced onions

1 Tbsp dill weed

Favorite Vegetables

Salt to taste

Vegan mexican style Shredded cheese (optional)

1Pizza crust


Directions

  1. Have the pizza crust ready

  2. Put water, cashews, garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast flakes, and lemon juice in a blender, and blend till smooth.

  3. Add Instant clear gel to a blender, and stir. Add minced onions and dill weed, and stir in, making a sauce.

  4. Chop up your favorite veggies (Make sure they are fresh). Pour sauce on the pizza crust and sprinkle veggies on top.

  5. Your pizza should be ready now. Cut it up with a pizza cutter and serve.
