Easy Vegan BBQ

Servings: 8-10 people

Prep. Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 35-40 mins

Ingredients:


1/4 cup olive oil

2 large onions

4 garlic cloves

2 cups sucanat (healthy alternative to sugar)

2 tbsp molasses

3 tsp salt

Couple sprinkles of Liquid smoke

1 Cup Lemon Juce

4 Tbsp. Braggs liquid aminos

5 cups butler soy curls

6 cups of water to cover (add a little more if needed)



Directions:

  1. Turn stove on.

  2. Chop onions and garlic. Add all your ingredients to a pot on the stove, except the soy curls and water.

  3. After everything is added, add soy curls and water.

  4. Cook Until it boils.

  5. Done!
