Scrambled Tofu

Ingredients:
3 Blocks Extra-firm tofu
1 Tbsp dried minced garlic
1 tsp Vegan chicken seasoning
4 Tbsp Nutritional yeast flakes (For a cheesy flavor)
1 tsp Turmeric (for color)
1/2 tsp Black salt (opt, for Eggy taste)
1 tsp Dried Rosemary
1 Tbsp Dried ground sage
1 Tbsp paprika
Thyme to garnish (opt)
Directions:
1.Turn on the stove. Get a pan and spray it with cooking spray.
2. Get the tofu in a bowl and mash it.
3. Add the dried minced garlic, vegan chicken seasoning, nutritional yeast flakes, turmeric, rosemary, sage, paprika, and black salt in the bowl with the tofu.
4. Stir gently while cooking for 20 minutes. Then garnish with thyme and serve!
