PB and Carob Overnight Oats
PB and Carob Overnight Oats

Cook Time: 10 mins
Allergens: soy, tree nuts, gluten (use gluten free oats if desired).
Ingredients
1 cup raw oats
1 cup soy milk
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp peanut butter powder (optional, use 2 Tbsps peanut butter instead.)
1 Tbsp carob powder
1 Tbsp instant caffeine-free coffee powder
2 Tbsp carob chips
1 Tbsp peanut butter
In a jar, add all the ingredients, in the order written.
Stir until all ingredients are combined. Put lid on jar, and put in refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, take out of refrigerator, and then take the lid off. You can eat it right out of the jar, or put it in a bowl. It really doesn’t matter.
