Gluten-Free Waffles
Gluten-Free Waffles
Servings: 6-8 waffles
Prep. Time: 10-20 min. (unless using soybeans)
Cook Time: 15 min.
Allergens: Soy (optional)
Ingredients
2 C Garbanzo beans or soaked Soybeans*
3 C Rolled Oats
1 tsp. Salt
4 1/2 C Water (Hot)
2 Tbsp Oil
Directions
If you're using soybeans, soak them for 12 hrs. (*unless you have a powerful Vitamix blender, then use 1/2 Cup dry Soybeans)
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 min
Using an already hot waffle iron, bake the batter for 15 min. (1 C per waffle approximately)
Take it out of the iron
Hope you like it! And they really don't taste like beans!
